Sapper Labs and Denvr Announce Strategic Alliance to Deliver Sovereign AI Intelligence and Cyber Defence Capabilities on the Canada AI Platform
Ottawa, ON and Calgary, AB, March 25, 2026 – Sapper Labs Group Inc. and Denvr today announced a strategic alliance to deliver sovereign AI-enabled intelligence and cyber defence capabilities for the Canadian Armed Forces and national security community, announced at DEFSEC West in Calgary.
The partnership brings together Sapper Labs’ multi-mission intelligence platform and operational cyber capabilities with the Canada AI Platform (CAIP), delivering a fully sovereign, Canadian-owned AI intelligence ecosystem — designed to support Canadian defence requirements from strategic command environments to the tactical edge.

Sapper Labs will deploy its intelligence and cyber defence applications on the Canada AI Platform (CAIP), Denvr’s fully sovereign AI Trust Platform designed to handle classified workloads and operating entirely within Canadian jurisdiction. Critically, Sapper’s deep expertise in defence security operations will be embedded directly into the CAIP itself — strengthening the platform’s cyber defence posture, security architecture, and operational security capabilities for all defence users of the platform.
