This five-day training session will be held in a comfortable learning space and presented with a blend of instructor-led presentations and hands-on learning experiences. You’ll dive into scenario-based research exercises designed to challenge and enhance your skills, with instructors present to guide and answer any questions. Training will include the use of Hunchly for evidence preservation. (https://hunch.ly)
Training includes a one-year personal license for Hunchly and exclusive access to comprehensive research materials: Open Source Research manuals authored by Andrew Phillips contain 1,700 pages and include:

Material to be covered includes but may not be limited to:
- Internet research/methodology
- Search techniques
- Search engines and directories;
- Foreign search tools and techniques
- Translation tools
- IP and domain tools
- Email address identification
- Archives and recovery of lost material
- Invisible (Deep) Web and publicly available Canadian databases
- Corporate databases and recovery of financial data
- Social media platforms and establishing situational awareness through social media, exploitation of social media: validation of sources, contact validation, identification of “influencers,” social media mapping and GEO tools.
Sapper Labs Group will issue a course certificate for those who attend all five days.
